By using Locate Prospect, you agree to these Terms. The operator is identified below. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Have a lawyer review this template before launch.

What this product provides

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure.

Paid plans

Paid access is granted only after Stripe confirms payment through the webhook. Returning from Checkout does not unlock a plan by itself. Placeholder catalog:

• Free — €0 to start. 100 credits per calendar month. No payment. No automatic renewal and no card required.
• One-time Pass — €9.99 one-time · 30 days. Valid for 30 days from purchase, then expires. Does not renew. One-time payment. This product never renews automatically. You can buy another pass later if you want.
• Monthly Subscription — €19 per month. 1000 credits reset each billing month until you cancel. Recurring monthly until you cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the current period ends.
• Annual Subscription — €190 per year. 1000 credits reset each monthly entitlement period during the yearly subscription — not a year of credits granted up front. Continues until you cancel. Recurring yearly until you cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the current period ends.
